"Promo worked, but checkout was a hassle"
I used a promo code on wardow and it did eventually take some money off, but I’m getting tired of having to mess around with these things just to see if they apply. It didn’t show the discount the first time, so I had to try again before it finally worked. The order itself was fine, no real issues there, but the coupon details could definitely be clearer.

"Pretty close, but not exactly"
The bag looks mostly like the photos, so I’ll give them that, but the color showed up darker than I was expecting. The description was okay, just kind of lazy and not as detailed as it should’ve been. Overall, it’s fine, but whoever handled the listing was a bit of a slacker.

"Stock info wasn’t totally accurate"
I ordered a bag that showed as in stock, but then got an email later saying it wasn’t actually available anymore!! The refund came through without any issue, so that part was fine, but it was still a bit frustrating. The site definitely needs to update stock info faster

I ordered from Wardow everything went smoothly. The invoice had all the correct details and was easy to use for my tax records, which was a relief.

I kind of regret wasting time worrying about whether the VAT and order info would be clear, because it all matched what I needed without any confusion.
Simple order, clear paperwork, no problems at all. I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Took a Little Time, but It Worked Out"
I had to use the warranty service for my bag, and while the whole repair process took a bit longer than I expected, it did get sorted in the end. The support was okay—not amazing, but they helped enough and the bag came back fixed. Overall, I’d say it was a decent experience, just not the fastest...

"I ordered a bag from Wardow, but…"
I ordered a bag from wardow, but yeah… it ended up being the wrong size, so I had to send it back. The return itself wasn’t impossible or anything, but the instructions were a bit confusing, honestly. I remember checking them twice because I wasn’t totally sure if I was doing it right. The annoying part was the refund. It took way longer than I expected, and I only really got updates after I reached out to them. Customer service did answer eventually, to be fair, but not exactly quickly. So, not a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t say they’re the worst shop or anything like that. But returns and refunds really should be smoother than this.

"Avoid this company at all costs."

I strongly advise everyone to never order from this company.

I purchased a Coach bag which broke within one year. After contacting customer service, I was instructed to send the bag back for repair. The issue was very minor (a broken strap), which could have easily been replaced. However, after three weeks, I was told that the bag could not be repaired and that I would receive a refund.

Because almost a year had passed since my purchase, my bank details had changed in the meantime (I got married and switched to a joint account). I informed Wardow about this immediately after they confirmed the refund.

Despite this, they proceeded to send the refund to my old, closed bank account. When I explained this, they told me it was “too late” and that they would simply wait for the money to be returned by the bank.

It has now been three months, and Wardow claims they have not received the money back. This is impossible, as the bank account no longer exists and cannot receive payments.

My bank, legal advisors, and consumer support services have all confirmed the same thing:
Wardow, as the sender, must initiate a payment trace/recall through their bank to locate the funds.

Wardow refuses to do this.

On top of that, their customer service is unacceptable:
• They stopped responding to my emails
• They claim the refund is “completed” even though I never received anything
• Phone support is extremely unprofessional – I was interrupted, spoken over, and treated disrespectfully

I have even provided official proof from my bank confirming that the account was closed months before the payment was made, along with chat transcripts from ING. None of this was taken seriously.

This has been an extremely frustrating and stressful experience.


Avoid this company at all costs.

"I’m the kind of person who…"
I’m the kind of person who always compares prices before buying, and wardow had the best deal I could find on this bag. Delivery was fine, nothing to complain about, and the bag looks really nice for what I paid. It feels like good value rather than something overpriced. If I spot another good deal there, I’d definitely order again

"I’ve ordered from Wardow a few..."
I’ve ordered from Wardow a few times now, and overall the site works fine and the shopping experience is okay. But the loyalty points don’t feel like they add much. They take a while to build up, and when you finally use them, the discount is small. I guess I expected that being a repeat customer would feel a bit more appreciated. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it made me question whether the loyalty program really gives much value.

"helpful size info, bag fits just right"
i ordered a backpack from wardow.com and was glad the size info was clear. the litre capacity and measurements made it easy to compare with my old bag, so i wasn’t just guessing.
when it arrived, it fit my laptop, charger, water bottle and a few extra bits without looking bulky. really happy with it and i’d definitely shop there again

"Checkout felt safe, just caught me at a bad time"
I ended up using PayPal and the checkout felt secure the whole way through. There were a few payment options, and I didn’t run into any weird extra steps or issues. i was probably just ordering at a bad time because I was in a rush, but the payment still went through quickly, so no complaints.

"Smooth order, despite feeling unsure at first"
I ordered a bag from wardow and felt a bit trapped in that awkward “did I make the right choice?” feeling at first, since I’d never bought from them before. But it ended up being totally fine. The tracking worked without any issues, the package arrived in good shape, and it actually came quicker than I expected. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d order from them again.

I ordered a designer bag from Wardow and delivery was fine, no real issue there. But once I actually had the bag in my hands, something just felt a bit off..
The leather was way stiffer than I expected and the stitching didn’t look as neat as on another bag I own. I’m not saying it’s definitely fake or anything, but I’m not 100% convinced about the quality or authenticity. For the price I just expected better, so I probably wouldn’t order again

"Gift wrapping was worth it"
I ordered a bag from wardow.com as a birthday gift and decided to pay extra for the gift wrapping. I know I could’ve wrapped it myself, but I wanted it to look neat and save myself the last-minute hassle.

When it arrived, I was really pleased with it. The wrapping looked clean, simple, and not over the top, and the box and paper felt like decent quality. It actually looked ready to hand over straight away.

Delivery was fine as well, so no complaints there. I’m glad I added the gift wrapping in the end because it made the present feel a bit more special without me having to stress about it.

"Bag arrived safely, but the box was a bit battered"
I ordered a bag from wardow.com and overall it arrived in good shape. The packaging was simple, but it did its job and the bag itself was protected with no marks or damage. The only downside was that the outer box was dented on one side, which made me a little nervous before opening it. Luckily everything inside was fine. Has anyone else had their parcel arrive looking a bit rough from them? I’d probably give 5 stars if the outside packaging had held up a little better.

I’ve shopped around for bags online before, and this site had a solid range compared to others I’ve used. There were lots of brands and styles to choose from, and I ended up finding what I needed. The only thing I’d say is the filters could be a bit better to make browsing easier.

"No surprise customs fees"
I ordered a bag from wardow and I was a little nervous about customs fees since I’m not in Germany. At checkout the import costs were shown clearly so I knew what I was paying from the start.
The delivery was smooth and the courier didn’t ask for anything extra at the door. I really appreciated that because surprise customs charges are so annoying. I’d definitely order again.
