Buyers beware!!!
I found the cases I liked. Placed an order for 4 high end cases £1,000 order. Didn’t realise this company was based in Germany, not that it is an issue but had part of my order delivered and the final case was held by customs in the UK!! I had to pay £59 to release my case causing more delays, more costs, on top of a £1,000 order! Customer service refused to pay it citing Brexit! They claim they pay customs duty but they left the customer to pay a further unexpected bill!!!
They said if I paid they’d refund. I paid but they refused the handling charge. They replied with “Please note the Clearance Fee cannot be covered by us and was deducted from the whole customs amount.” I am now out of pocket. This order cost me more through no fault of my own, through poor handling of a company importing into UK and I wasn’t expecting to pay customs fees to get my case which was part of the set. Lucky I didn’t need them urgently either!! Also these goods took 2 weeks to arrive. Love the cases! Very very disappointed with Wardow. I can buy in UK . Losing money by ordering from EU has put me off.
All they had to do was refund the total amount. It’s their error they’ve underpaid customs or else I wouldn’t have been charged. This has never happened to me before.

This company’s service is top quality. Delivery is very quick, and the packaging of the bags is great. I’ve bought a number of bags from Wardow and I’ve never had a complaint about them.

Really prompt despatch (ordered 23:00 one day, was despatched at 09:30 the next morning).

The only thing I would recommend is that when the order is placed, a copy of the order confirmation is sent immediately to let the customer know the order has been received.

Can't review the purchase as I haven't used it yet, but Wardow seem good. Communication throughout was good, and the purchase arrived exactly on the day they said it would, even though the intervention of the Coronation weekend could have messed things up. I liked the price I got as well!

Nice website, lots of choice, easy to order, good price, arrived quickly in good packaging.

Beware! I decided to return my item and completed the paperwork, followed returns instructions and returned in the original packaging. The cost was £16. 10 days later the package came back to me stating it had not ben collected by Wardow. I called customer service - no reply. I emailed customer service outlining the problem only to receive a standard returns policy email! I will never use this company again and suggest customers in the UK try and buy elsewhere.

Very negative experience with this company, wanted to return a bag I've purchased and it tooke 3 days of emailing back and forth before I was sent a return form. Also was informed that I had to ship the return at my expense and I might be charged custom charges which makes no sense as I was returning the item. I've decided to keep the bag as returning it was a lot of trouble but I will certainly not buy from them again. This company is a German based one,I would suggest purchasing from Fashionette instead which is also a German company however they offer free returns and a more professional service.
